What should you expect by joining us in this year’s conference?  Expect God to show up in Baton Rouge, LA this year;
Expect a mighty move of God to take place in all areas of your life; and Expect that souls will be saved and blessed for being there.  Whether we are sharing the conference with you for the first time, multiple times, or the information somehow has been placed in your hands – ask yourself, am I "Rising To The Standard?”  God will open up his treasure and fulfill you with his word concerning every aspect of your life.  Come and reap the bountiful benefits of a life changing experience. 

Your involvement in the worship services, classes, tournaments, and other activities and events will be an awesome additive to help ignite the fire.  Most importantly, be sure to pray and seek God for guidance and direction, as you make plans to be in Baton Rouge, LA July 19-23rd. 

Finally, are you ready to soar?  Sure you are!  Let’s soar together from Faith to Faith and Glory to Glory.

 

1)  Check the dates:  July 19-23, 2011

2)  Select & Submit your church's contact person information:
- Groups should submit their contact person’s name and information to Glory to Glory Outreach Ministries ASAP;

- Individual registration is welcome.

3)  Gather the costs:
a.   Registration ($50.00 before 5/1/2011)
After May 1, 2011, Registration is $60.00 per person until July 19, 2011.

b.  Hotel Cost – Room rate is $123.17 w/tax per night. Call 1-800-228-9290 and ask for the Glory to Glory Rates at the Marriott Hotel. Our site address is 5500 Hilton Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. You will receive the group rate by calling the toll free number; otherwise, you receive regular rates.

c.  Transportation - Check local bus services, churches in your area that may have vans or a bus that you can ride. If you have trouble, contact Sis. Sandra (see number below).

d.  Events/Activities- Banquet tickets are $40.00 each, Sports Tournament Teams pay $25.00 per team entry, Any outings that your group selects are extras.

e.  Conference t-shirt ($7.00 Adult XL & under, $11.00 for 2XL & 3XL $15.00 for 4XL and larger.
All t-shirts should have been ordered before
July 1, 2011.

4)  Submit all registration forms and fees:
Early Registration Deadline – May 1, 2011
Event/Activity Registration Deadline – June 3, 2011

5) Prepare:
a Your church's flag

b Your chur's posters and signs for Pep Radical. Put a cheer or sign on a poster; wave it around at Pep Radical. How loud can y'all be?

c. Your tream for Bible Bowl.

d. Your church t-shirt to support your treams when they present (If you don't have a church t-shirt, perhaps shirts of the same color).
